Release and story placement
Release reference: 1997. Original platform: PlayStation; later Saturn. Story: 1797.
Alucard and the Rondo connection
Alucard explores an interconnected castle, collecting equipment and abilities. It follows Rondo but introduces its own progression.
Symphony follows Rondo's conflict but changes the central loop to exploration, equipment and acquired movement abilities. Alucard is Dracula and Lisa's son, not a Belmont. Regional editions and later ports differ; the Saturn release and the PSP-derived releases should not be assumed to contain identical extras.
Other official editions include the iOS/Android port and the Xbox 360 release; consult regional platform stores for compatibility. Requiem is not the only historical release. No official Steam or Switch edition is listed in the checked publisher catalogue. Konami's mobile launch announcement links App Store and Google Play. These are separate purchases from Requiem; region and device compatibility must be checked in the stores.
No official standalone Steam or Switch edition is listed in the checked publisher catalogue as of 16 October 2026. Requiem is PlayStation; the separate mobile app is another official route. Konami has not supplied a reason for the missing PC edition in these sources.
Which collection includes it?
Requiem. Platforms: PS4; PS5 through backward compatibility, not a native PS5 edition.
