I checked the built pages on 16 October 2026. The HTML loads Google Analytics 4 with all four Consent Mode v2 storage types denied by default, so no analytics cookie is written. The Adsterra ad scripts and the Microsoft Clarity replay tag are not in the HTML at all: both are injected only after a visitor accepts, so a first visit requests nothing from bicea.org or clarity.ms.

Who is responsible

The operator of castlevania.pro answers at contact@castlevania.pro. This policy matches the scripts on the site as of 16 October 2026.
We do not sell personal information. Five third parties are wired into these pages, and only the first two load before you choose: Google Analytics 4 (measurement, under Consent Mode v2 defaults that deny every storage type) and Cloudflare (hosting, DNS and the email routing that delivers contact@castlevania.pro). Adsterra (advertising), Microsoft Clarity (session replay and heatmaps) and YouTube (a video player) start only after you act: Accept for the first two, Accept plus a click on Play video for YouTube. We do not run Google AdSense or any second advertising network.

Storage on your device

Key cv_consent_v1 in localStorage stores granted or denied. Key cv_consent_at stores the time of that choice. Both are kept for 180 days, then treated as missing. Key cv_ads_closed is written only if you close the floating Social Bar, so it stays closed on your later visits; Accept again, or clear site data, to remove it. We set no first-party cookie for any of this.
After you Accept, the scripts you allowed set their own cookies: Microsoft Clarity writes _clck and _clsk, whose retention Microsoft controls under its own policy; Google Analytics 4 writes _ga and _ga_G-NJB3D6P8L3, kept for up to 13 months. Adsterra sets advertising and measurement cookies on its own domains (bicea.org, nresystems.com, adsterra.com), not on castlevania.pro, so this site cannot read or list them.
Legal basis: your consent, for the ad scripts, the replay tag, analytics storage and the YouTube player. You may withdraw it at any time from Cookie settings in the footer; that choice is what this site records, and rejecting removes anything the current page already injected.

Advertising: Adsterra

Two Adsterra formats run here, both from Adsterra website 6127004 (category Social, adult ads switched off): a Native Banner inside the page (ad unit 31760161) and a Social Bar that floats at the bottom of the viewport (ad unit 31760162). Adsterra serves the invoker scripts from bicea.org.
Neither script is in the HTML we publish. Both are created by the page only after you press Accept, so a visitor who rejects, who never answers, or whose browser sends Global Privacy Control makes no request to Adsterra at all. The floating bar carries its own close control; closing it is remembered in cv_ads_closed. Purpose: fund the site. Retention: Adsterra's own periods. Opt out of personalised advertising at Google Ads Settings, aboutads.info or Your Online Choices, and see the Adsterra privacy policy.

Measurement: Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity

Google Analytics 4 (googletagmanager.com, google-analytics.com, measurement ID G-NJB3D6P8L3) is configured under Consent Mode v2 with ad_storage, analytics_storage, ad_user_data and ad_personalization all denied by default, ads_data_redaction enabled, and it is told to store analytics only when you Accept. Microsoft Clarity (clarity.ms, project yyjvpn52iv) records session replays and heatmaps; its tag is injected only after Accept, and it is told to deny storage while no choice exists. See the Microsoft Privacy Statement.

YouTube, only after a click

Video blocks use a self-hosted image. Only an explicit Accept followed by a click on Play video creates a youtube-nocookie.com iframe. A missing, expired, or rejected choice blocks the embed. YouTube (Google) may then contact youtube.com, googlevideo.com, ytimg.com, ggpht.com, google.com, gstatic.com and doubleclick.net for player assets, playback, security or its own advertising. We do not receive those cookies.
Purpose: show the Konami anniversary video. Retention: Google's own periods. Basis: your consent, withdrawn from Cookie settings.

Signals, rights, and changes

Global Privacy Control (navigator.globalPrivacyControl) forces every optional script off without showing an initial banner. Cookie settings remains accessible, with Accept disabled while GPC is active, and no ad, replay or embed request is sent.
We cannot read your browser's local consent record remotely. You may request access, correction or deletion of correspondence held by the operator via contact@castlevania.pro, withdraw your choice in Cookie settings, or complain to your data protection authority. Email correspondence is kept only as needed to answer and resolve the request. A new advertising or measurement provider is not added to the build without a matching update to this page and a consent-gated loader, which is how Adsterra was added on 16 October 2026.

Infrastructure and correspondence

Cloudflare supplies domain DNS and Email Routing for contact@castlevania.pro, forwarding messages to the operator's Gmail inbox (Google). Messages may include the sender address, message contents and delivery metadata. Cloudflare Pages is the hosting provider; hosting requests include ordinary network metadata such as IP address, requested URL and user agent. Cloudflare's own browser analytics beacon is not enabled.
Fonts, screenshots and video posters are served from this site's own origin. Ordinary links to Konami, Netflix and stores do not contact those sites until you follow them. ads.txt on this domain declares exactly one seller, adsterra.com, 3403020, DIRECT, the publisher id the Adsterra publisher dashboard reports for this account; no other company is authorised to sell this inventory and no second advertising network runs on these pages.

Questions

Which third parties load on first paint?

Google Analytics 4 (googletagmanager.com) loads with the page, but all four Consent Mode v2 storage types start denied, so it writes no cookie. Cloudflare serves the pages and routes email. Fonts are self-hosted. Adsterra ads, Microsoft Clarity and YouTube load only after you Accept; the ad and replay tags are not in the published HTML at all.

Which ad units run on this site?

Adsterra website 6127004, category Social, with adult ads switched off: Native Banner unit 31760161 inside the page and Social Bar unit 31760162 floating at the bottom, both served from bicea.org. No AdSense tag and no other network is installed.

Where is Cookie settings?

In the footer of every page. It reopens the controls; a choice is saved only when you select Accept or Reject.
