Questions

Is it a sequel to Symphony of the Night?

No. It continues the Lords of Shadow reboot. Shared names such as Dracula or Alucard do not make the reboot a sequel to the original continuity.

Which collection includes it?

None of the four classic collections. See the acquisition section for original platforms or the separate PC product. A history page is not proof of a modern rerelease.
